Our publishing arm The Oregon Cartoon Institute just published Natalie Garcia’s comic Isa’s Dreams. Natalie created this comic during their residency as the OCP’s inaugural Artist-In-Residence 2024-25.
The comic is available for free download using a creative commons license on the OCI website. Paper copies can be ordered by contacting the Oregon Cartoon Institute via email.
