A big part of the Oregon Cartoon Institute’s work was research into significant cartoonists with an Oregon connection. Anne Richardson created this list containing a “Hall of Fame” of the Top 10 Oregon Print Cartoonists.
We post this list here in the hope to initiate a broader conversation about Oregon cartooning legacy, particularly that of BIPoC cartooning in our state. There is much to be discovered.
